Service Status
There is currently an issue effecting cPanel on one server, srv60.
We have been working on it since that time with technicians at the data center and at Jetbackup.
There was data corruption due to log rotations which affected system files.
We have since done a clean install of the system files which was straight forward. The delay for reactivation has been a corrupt backup index file.
This has taken several Level 3 development engineers at Webpros, cPanel and Jetbackup to circumvent.
Currently all backup files are going through an integrity check and reindex. This process takes some time. After this is complete the account restorations will begin.
We currently are unable to give an exact ETA however it is likely accounts will not start to be restored until tonight.
