I want to renew my domain name registration

► Login to our website

► click Domains

► click Renew Domains

► select domain/s to renew (use the tick boxes)

► click Order Now

After renewing the domain you will receive an invoice and payment confirmation.

Domains are not set to auto renew by default because many people don’t want renew domains.

How to set Domain Names to auto renew

► click Domains

► click My Domains

► click Active (or spanner icon)

► click Auto Renew (in left menu)

► click Enable Auto Renew

When a domain is set to Auto Renew we will send an invoice for the domain 60 days before expiry. When the invoice comes due we will auto charge your credit card on the due date and renew the domain. You can also login at anytime before the due date and manually pay the invoice.

Expired Domains

If you are having problems trying to renew an expired domain please contact us. We will manually create an invoice and send to you. You can then login to pay the invoice. Once the invoice has been paid the domain will automatically be renewed and become active again. It can take up to half an hour for an expired domain to become active again.
